"Went in and delt with not one but two very rude employees. I know very little about cars and went in looking for color matched paint. It was like every question I asked was a big inconvenience. The one older guy who could help, must of clocked out, and he wouldn't even answer a simple question without being rude. Shoutout to the younger employee, he was the only helpful one there. I wasn't going in expecting top quality customer service, but this was a few grades below. I'm not one to post bad reviews normally but this was just sad."

"I was 2 hours away from home when my check engine light came on. I wish I knew the name of the young man at O'Reilly who helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He used a diagnostic tool to find the problem and put my mind at ease about driving home. The problem was minor and not something that affected its drive-ability. He even told me what I needed to do if the problem persisted and gave me part numbers!"

"I'll say this o'reilly's has always treated me right, But there's a man in here named Tom And he is arrogant, narrow minded , and rude, A few weeks back , I ordered a can of color matched paint with activator, for my 95 Chevy . A polite young guy went to the back and picked up my order that was ready. He also had a little bit extra that did not fit in the can. And he said we will just throw this away you might as well take it as well. It's kind of a special color. which I thought was very nice. Tom heard our conversation and and instantly came over and took the extra paint from my hand. And said" this is not for you. You paid for the spray paint can only, You did not pay for this" We both reasoned with him , and he admitted that he will be throwing the paint away, But he kept saying I did not pay for this. Tom shouldn't have any dealings with customers"
