Ashton Place Apartments

"Honestly, the apartment itself was a decent place to stay. Management was incredibly degrading, dismissive, and narcissistic. When I decided it was time to move elsewhere and my leasing was ending, I informed them verbally that I was leaving a month prior as outlined in the lease in order to not be charged an additional month of rent. I left various voice mails and I also informed the individuals at the leasing department. I was told that me informing them verbally wouldn’t suffice and I’d need to wait until I received a document in the mail to send back to them stating I was leaving at the end of my lease. So they never sent the document in the mail and told me I owed another full month of rent when it was time for me to move out. They stole my deposit on the grounds that I allegedly “never informed them I was moving”. There also was NO damages to ANYTHING & I made sure the unit was CLEANED TOP TO BOTTOM!!! When I went to confront the dishonorable women in the leasing office, they threatened to call the police and was very aggressive and confrontational. The treatment alone to their tenants is enough to neverrr consider living here again!!!"

"Terrible rental company, doesn't answer service requests and won't come out to actually look at things but the second you miss a payment or don't make the full amount they'll put an eviction notice in your mailbox. Office ladies are rude and hateful. My GF was banned from the leasing office for going there and complaining in person after they didn't answer any calls, voicemails, or emails. I am just waiting for people to get tired and sue them for violating renter rights. I would not recommend that you rent from here at all."

"would give 0 stars if it was an option. rented here for 2 years and it was the worst experience. office ladies are extremely rude, unprofessional, and miserable to say the least. in the time I lived there, I had to call the cops multiple times and once was threatened by a neighbor (for calling the cops on a DV situation) they are money hungry and do not care about anything else. I'd highly recommend you find a different place, not ashton place or willow creek. I have so much evidence that they are wrong in how they manage their properties and tenants."

"It's now near end of July. The pool is still not open yet however it does have water in it. Green water that is bug infested and has a horrible trash like smell. Called office only to get a rude worker who don't seem to like her job or care no one there returns calls. Maintenance takes about a week or so to come fix things. Supposed to have security but haven't seen but 3 in the time I've been here and that's been more than 5 years. People not living here come dump their trash in dumpster and we get charged for it. The water bill is supposedly split between everyone in the complex so even if u use very little water you still get charged for more than you use which isn't fair. I could go on but not enough time to write everything. Iwkr here it's a waste of time n money they don't care bout residents. Just their $$"

"Here it is, middle of June, and NONE of their pools are open or even close to ready. The pool here is green, the one at Willow Creek that you have access to is drained. Zero communication from them about when or if it will be opened. At this point, I doubt it. Rent is cheap though. Maintenance, iffy at best. I dont r"
