"I have to be honest, after my horrible experience with SWA at Christmas, I swore that I'd never trust them with my trips ever again but my son persuaded me to give it another try. I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The flight crew for both trips were a 10 and I'm not exaggerating. The flights were on time and smooth. It definitely changed my opinion of them. I would be sure to use SWA again. Thank you to everyone in staff during my trip."

"Horrible time there. If I could post ZERO stars I would. Drove over an hour to get there in the snow. Was trying to ship 5x really high end laser emitting devices for live entertainment. 1st they shut the door on me as I was backing into the loading ramp. So I unloaded the cases myself. Then asked the desk for help. Then told me I had to take all the cases I just unloaded all back home with me!. I thought it was a joke! I seriously asked them if it was! They cleared 4 of 5 of my packages. Told me the ice melt outside would set off their alarms. Sent them all back twice. Took them to a car wash, in a snow storm, not dressed to be soaking wet in 30 degree weather, to wash the sidewalk salt off the bottom of 5 black Pelican cases. Told me it was because they used ice melt on their loading ramp. If its a substance that sets off your alarms, why spread it all over the high traffic areas, where your employees walk thru it constantly? Possibly contaminating the packages that needed screening. Then after 40 minutes refused to ship them. The client I work for ships 100k worth of freight there every year, until now. They dropped one of my cases. Laughed at me. And wasted 7 hours of my day during the first snow of the year. Told me their supervisor wasnt able to be reached. And refused to tell me why my packages were being refused. Except that their sniffer wouldnt allow them. If it was something illegal or dangerous, then why did you give them back to me? None of it makes any sense AT ALL! Im beyond livid. This was disrespect on such a petty level. Grow up boys. Whoever was driving the forklift should be fired for being a disrespectful a##hole. Not to mention being reckless with a piece of equipment that cost more than what he makes a year."
