"Horrible customer service and delivery service. I have been told it’s out for delivery for past 3 days and still not received my shipment. On Friday they said it’ll be out for delivery on Saturday and on Saturday they say they are closed on Saturday. Wouldn’t recommend at all."

"I went to puck some stuff up there that I bought and it shipped through them. I went to the dock like they told me to I sat there for 30 min and no one came to help me. I got out and went on the doc and still no one stopped to ask if I needed help. I stood there for about another 20min till I flagged someone down and asked. So I stood there for about another 15min before I heard over the p a system for someone to help me."

"My shipment was scheduled and I had an appointment for it to be delivered on a Wednesday. I called Tuesday afternoon to assure this would happen as I had to drive my truck and trailer to retrieve it from my work who has a loading dock. Got a call around 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday and was told they would ship tomorrow. Thursday comes around and they call 10-15 minutes before arriving. Driver opens the door and half of my shipment is there. I get in contact with them and am told we will try Friday, but since my item is large it is not a priority and they will try their best. The amount I paid for shipping and all of my time and money in fuel is ridiculous. I just went and picked the second half of my shipment up on my own. When I arrive half of my shipment is unbanned and laying on its side. It also has a gouge in the metal. Worst experience."

"Never received a phone call from the driver or a CSR on a delivery window(06-20-2023). My number was on the delivery receipt along with "no signature required". I've had good experiences with you and OD in the past. As I'm a linehaul driver(22 years) with a current competitor LTL company. We have a 500ft drive and was just wanting to meet the driver and slide the pallet down into the bed of my F250 off the trailer. And take it from there up to our shop."

"Owner/Operations Manager, Someone needs to step up and take responsibility for their automated texts and outbound calls scheduling process. I receive calls and text messages with conflicting information for the same shipment. Get a shipment a day early or late on occasion and never in the window of time that I am told I “must” be there to receive the load. One good driver with one good delivery experience, very polite. Every other shipment has been dropped at a completely different time than I was told, when I wasn’t home. And the alternate driver(s) suffers from serious lack of awareness, as “they” drag (more than once) a pallet part way up my yard and leave it on brand new grass that still has straw as cover. I will request that the shipper remove R&L as an alternative carrier for my area if you can’t get it together. I’m done asking for your consideration politely, and privately. Received a generic response, as expected. PROs are not easily available for me to track, as there are numerous ones affected, AND you had the information every time a call was made to your call center. Pick up your phone and call me if you’d like to resolve. Don’t ask me to complete more tasks in my end, so you can “look into” the issue."
