"The main reason I gave them a two was because they answered the phone after it rang forever. I ordered on line and apparently they are out of cookies and have “no roast-beef made up”. He then told me I had to cancel my order online when I asked him how? He then did something and it cancelled it.. but then in the most rudest clownish voice said “It’s cancelled goodbye” and hung up. So rude and inappropriate."

"Ordered one of the FLBOGO promotions from the app (09/02/23) picked up sandwiches a little early and they were ready and waiting, however there is room for improvement on who ever the sandwich artist was who made them. Black forest ham on whole grain wheat, pepper jack, lettuce and regular mayo. Opened this wrapper up and it looks like the mayo dispenser had explosive diarrhea ! There was so much mayo on that sandwich it soaked thru the wrapper and the brown paper sack. You could read a newspaper thru the oil slick that created on all the wrapping. For a bonus, they gave me hard bread, nice. Seriously, who ever made this went silly crazy on the mayo...what a nasty mess that went everywhere."
