"Never had been to a fast food Italian restaurant before but this was awesome. They still put the food in plates if you find in and you get unlimited bread sticks. Alfredo pasta and pizza were really good. Definitely a hit!"
"This was a pick up catering order for a staff luncheon. We ordered prior to the event. I spoke with Stephanie to place the order. She is knowledgeable and professional. When I called the day before to confirm again she was very helpful. When we picked up our order right at 11am when the doors opened everything was boxed up and ready to go. Stephanie got us rung up in a professional manner, explained what items were in which containers and helped us carry it out to the car!! We will certainly do business with Fazoli’s Blue Springs again. And Stephanie is a fantastic representation of your company! She is to be commended as well as anyone else involved in preparing our large order!! Thank you"
"My Granddaughter and I had a wonderful day of “Back to School Shopping”. So, of course, that includes eating too! She has never been to Fazoli’s but has always heard of their endless breadsticks. She was excited to try it and was not disappointed. We both had the $6.99 lunch specials. It was a great way to top off our shopping day. She even had leftovers to eat later."

"3/14/23 Was out in blue springs so we stopped in for dinner. I can't say they was very busy. Service was kinda slow. Tried the new sandwich. Was good. My experience was fair. Way better then 291 Independence location."
