"The food was not very good. The manager came up and asked us to leave halfway thru our meal, 2 hrs. prior to closing because they were going to have a meeting."
"I got a "Frozen Caramel Cold Brew" and it was the worst coffee I have ever had. You will have better luck with QuikTrip cold brew. Also when I called to see if they started making them differently the lady said we don't have frozen coffee?? clearly its on the menu???"
"This is a Panera bread without the bread. Just drive down the the independence one. This one decided they weren't a bakery anymore. They are a sandwich and soup shop. And there are better sandwiches and soups in Blue Springs. Fire house subs, first watch, Bean Counter Cafe, to name a few. And your lemonades kill people for some reason."
"Watching one person work while three stand around pretending to be busy while the manager watches is ridiculous. Slow service delivery. The guys all disappeared to the back room together yet the shelves were not stocked with fresh product. The bagel from the grocery stores better and fresher. Toast means color on the bread not drying out. Orders were wrong. Just moderately clean. Coffee was lukewarm. All kind of sad like nobody cares behind the counter."
"Horrible ,Horrible. This is the 4th time of the order being wrong. How do you not put chicken on a Asian Chicken Salad. There wasn't Asian salad dressing or sesame seeds either. I have apples slices on my salad which isn't supposed to be on the salad. My daughter ordered extra egg and no extra egg. I will not order online again. No one is answering the phones. Horrible customer service. I spent $35.00 to get some lettuce. I want a full refund. Kristi White"
