"This is a food truck! I didn’t pay attention to the website and drove past it the first time I was looking for it. We got the Don and it was SO GOOD. I’m very particular about a wood stove pizza because too much ash on the bottom leaves you with an acidic/bitter flavor. This pizza did not have that. The basil was fresh and the pepperoni was not like the processed, store kind. The owner and his kids were very friendly and helpful. It was maybe a 10 minute wait and totally worth it."
"This is real-deal Neapolitan style pizza! Shocked to find it in a food truck in Blue Springs. Awesome, simple ingredients cooked over wood fire. Crust had great bite with the right mix of stretch, soft middle, and light flame char. Friendly NY family run business. They called after a minor Square issue and yad my order ready in 10 minutes. They also through in some delicious garlic knots for the minor Square inconvenience! If you've never tried real Neopolatin pizza, I recommend trying this place. Maybe not for everyone, but way better than what you usually get in chain pizza restaurants. I've eaten it three times in my life over seas, but paid twice the price for the same quality as Brockenzos!"
