Pizza Hut

"If it was possible to give 1 star I would! This place is a joke. I ordered a pizza they call me and tell me they don't have the crust I ordered ok cool. Then they tell me oh we don't have delivery drivers either so door dash will delivery. I ask how much longer that will take and they say oh only 5-10 min. The whole time the guy is telling me all this he is goofing and laughing g whole on the phone with me. Ok no problem. I then get a text saying I have to have 10.59 in cash only to pay Doordash. I call them back and ask why that is, the girl on the phone speaks to her manager and says don't worry about it we never heard of that before. 1 hr goes by still no pizza. I call back and the girl tells me my order is still sitting there waiting on Doordash to pick it up. I ask what the problem is and was greeted with nothibg but rudeness. I told them to refund my money and cancel the order. The girl was extremely rude. If you don't have delivery drivers why offer delivery? If you don't have the crust why take an order for it? I woke up to a text saying my order was delivered at 2:15am but it wasnt. I better have a refund back on my card."

"Edit.... tried again several months later and it's still the same disaster. No clue how anybody can eat this. The dough basically raw which makes it very unsafe and disgusting to eat. I'm done! Overpriced and a doughy disaster, missing some of the toppings! Should have known when it took about 10 from the time the pizza was showing as cooking on the tracker, to out for delivery, was only 10 min for a hand-tossed pizza! Tried to call them, but there was no answer. Two stars because my husband said his was "okay.""

"This review is a prime example of what I believe America is based on. A grand person named Jeff took my order. He went over and above to make my experience rememberable. He is a sincere individual and he should be the poster boy for Pizza Hut in this area I'm the kind of person that says I wouldn't even care if the pizza and the chicken alfredo that I ordered was substandard, which I know that it won't be, but I would order just because of the customer service that Jeff provided. Kudos to you."

"Great, hot crispy crust on our pan pizza. We paid for $2 for extra cheese and actually received extra. Imagine? I wish I knew who made this pizza, I would only order when that person could make it! First time in years the pizza checked all the boxes. Thank you pizza maker!"

"I’ve been disappointed many times at this location. It’s close so I have found myself accepting the fact that I may or may not be disappointed, possibly both depending on how many pizzas I order. Well Wednesday, I ordered pizza and was disappointed yet again that my pepperoni lovers had one maybe two pieces of pepperoni. I honestly was so tired rather than call and have it remade I told my kids it was cheese pizza with a surprise and sent an email about it. Haven’t heard anything back yet though. Perhaps I will drive up the road a little further the next time I want pizza."
