"Website lies the mini mart is not available 24/7. Pack a lunch, or eat a filling meal if you need to get a scan or X-Ray. You will have a choice of pretzels, tic tacs, and coke products for about 8-12 hrs."

"Can't get medicine been in my room all day twice a nurse came in to check my blood pressure. I asked for my meds that I have to take on a daily basis have been given 1by now I should have had 3 . I have a spinal cord stimulator that's broke so my back is broke again I have told theses people this goes on deaf ears."

"I had a serious injury in December 2022. I’m still recovering almost a year later. The ambulance asked me which hospital to take me to, and not knowing the gravity of my injury, I said Sparrow in Ionia, the closest one to my house. I ended up being admitted, having a pretty involved surgery, and was there for four days. Despite how I felt and the pain from my injury, my stay there was actually great. Everything was very clean, the doctors and nurses were so professional and so kind. They explained things thoroughly to my husband and me. Every time I pressed my call button, a nurse quickly came to help me. My meds were monitored and distributed accurately. I have had no issues with billing. Kudos to those who have played a part in the turn around there. I cannot speak highly enough about it."
