"They’re “not accepting new clients,” which makes a lot of sense for anyone wanting to responsibly take care of their pet. Don’t even bother with this place unless you’re one of the elite few that are apparently in their client database. How is it possible you can’t even schedule an appointment a month or two out? If you’re that busy or have that many repeat clients you must not be a good vet to begin with, so maybe I dodged a bullet."
"Excellent care for our kitten. The new facility is very nice, treatment rooms are great for pets and owners. The lobby area and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Prices are fair. Urgent care and scheduled office visits are available. Animals are cared for by doctors and assistants with many years of professional experience. Cat carrier and dog leash required for safety. Spay, neutering and other surgeries done on-site. Vaccines available."
"Taking my new little pug, Rascal to Sterner has been a very positive experience. When in the office, they are very friendly & knowledgeable, and contact you the day after a vaccine to make sure there were no complications and also calling to check when a call was made over the weekend when my little guy pulled one of his toenails off. Everyone seems to be very caring of your fur baby"
"They have taken such good care of all of our animals but most recently my old man dog and now our boy with Seizures. Our dogs are always comfortable there. Love the app, it's super handy and the staff has always been great to us! Plus rates are so reasonable compared to some other clinics. Even after moving farther away, we've still chose to stick with our awesome vet and make the extra drive. So worth it to us! Thanks Sterners ❤️"
"The entire staff - from the front desk to the vet tech and Dr. Montgomery - was warm and friendly; and that makes a world of difference when you have stressed pets. The brand-new facility is welcoming, not overcrowded and impeccable. Pricing is incredible affordable. We’ve recently moved to West Michigan, and it’s taken us awhile to find an unpretentious vet team accepting new patients. This experience is definitely worth the quick drive to Ionia. Thanks for making our first visit a great one!!"
