"My Childs mother was allowed to sit in on all counseling appointments with my 12 yr. old and my son sat on her lap! While going thru a terrible divorce in Ionia County Mom was allowed to say that I have mentally abused this child so they contact CPS and wrote it and submitted it to Ionia County Friend of the court! I have not seen my 12 yr. old son since. Two years now never a once of proof that I have ever done anything against any of my children. I believe the FOC and Right door have some type of strange working relationship that allows this type of behavior. Therapist "Rob" has some type of anger management issue and never allowed me to participate even before this statement from her. I have reported this to the State Of Michigan hoping they will be shut down. Therapist "Rob" even told me he normally does not work with children and how overworked he is. WOW. This situation should have never happened."

"This place is great. Especially if you need assistance after hours. They’ll do the telemed with you but not listen to anything you say. If you do need actual professional help, they’ll be sure to place you into a facility of their choosing Monday, maybe. Or the next business day, also maybe. Add that to traumatizing you by taking you as far away from your family and friends all while tricking you family into signing your care away. If you need mental health help please, avoid this place. If you have a dead opossum in the back of your truck, don’t disrespect the roadkill by taking it there and subjecting it to this. I hope this place gets shut down and the employees here persue careers in waste disposal. All the do it talk trash anyway."

"I had more cancelled appts that actual appts. I started here to deal with adhd and boundaries. Basically spent 4 months being referred to talkiatry to get meds, doctor to get meds, all to be sent back to next door to have them deny the meds. So, on a positive note, I did do the 4 hr, 800.00 adhd testing at north kent guidance center. But no one will prescribe meds. I honestly feel that no one is helping people with mental disabilities but throw the meds at physical illnesses and then wonder why there are mass shootings, multiple daily suicides and over doses. Come on medical health professionals!! You can do better than this!!"

"Haven't had the greatest experiences with them. Issues have been had with all three members of my household that have had services. I don't necessarily think it was the right door's fault in performance but they do their best to push you out of services as quickly as possible and therapists weren't always a good match, making it difficult. I'm sure many folks have a good experience but we didn't. No ill will against them, just frustration."

"This place is a joke! Someone I am very close with has been hallucinating since before Thanksgiving of 2022. It is now May 2023. Instead of the therapist working with the family to make the individual better, he fights against them. This person has even have put a knife up to their own neck (the parent had to get it away from them) and says they feel like committing suicide every day because the voices are getting too overwhelming yet they still do nothing. This individual will go on a dead run chasing after somebody that’s not even there. This person has also lost a lot of weight and looks very ill and it’s not concerning to the right door. They will go days without sleep, because the hallucination and voices are too strong. The last time that the therapist was out at the residence the parent tried to show the therapist videos of what the individual was doing. The individual proceeded to push their parent back in the house, and the therapist just left. Also, in the middle of winter last year, the right door dropped this mentally ill person off at a hotel. This person was wandering the streets at 2:30 in the morning in the middle of winter because he was running from one of their hallucinations did nothing! They do nothing!!!! They get paid for absolutely doing nothing! They give this person medication and say here take this every day when this person can’t even remember to brush their teeth every day can’t even focus enough to eat because the hallucinations are so strong but yet here you go remember to take these pills. The family has begged the right door for help multiple times and they just look the other way This place is such a joke!"
