"I’ve came here multiple times and had a wonderful experience with the staff, What I dont understand is why is the sitting area filled with people who are sick and not sick. There’s people in the walk in for multiple things. I went here for OBGYN appointments last June when I was pregnant and had to sit with sick people putting myself and my unborn child at risk. Or the other day I had something looked at on my skin and again had to sit with people who were sick and hacking up a lung. That just doesn’t make sense. They should break up the room to prevent germs from spreading!!!"

"This is my go to place. I see many "horror" stories about this walk in clinic. This is the best place I have went for care. Some people have bad experiences and others don't. I have been going here for many years for services. I would recommend it. No one is perfect, not even medical professionals. You just have to cut them some slack. After all they are human too. Staff is typically nice. Sometimes you run into someone who is just having a bad day. Overall this place is professional and clean with great staff. If you have concerns you can just reach out and talk about the concerns to their office. I will continue to go here and take my kids here."

"Took son to urgent care a week or so ago bloodshot eyes with discharge and the covid/cold & flu symptoms long story short I didn't think he had it or want to test for covid the PA said well I'm not treating him unless you do I reluctantly did agree and she let me swab myself due to a bad experience with my daughter in the past, after leaving I was mad that he was sent home with nothing for his eyes which looked bad after discussing it I called up there to have them call in some drops for him and asked why it was not done in the first place there was no please and thank you but also not rude or vulgar eather, the worst I said prior to testing is I feel like I'm being blackmailed to test or my son will not be treated ultimately the PA was correct as he tested positive and I felt stupid but today I received a letter from the kids pediatrician who works in the same building stating my kids can not be seen there or return to the urgent care after 30 days due to inappropriate behavior towards a caregiver what a joke I'm the parent and have the right to question why and why not things are being done even if I may be wrong, just my thoughts I was also being tested daily at work at the time and had the same symptoms w/o red eyes in the end all of my kids were positive and I was negative? All prior experiences and there have been many were excellent."

"Went to get ear cleaned could hear some before the cleaning. After the cleaning could not hear at all. Told there is now a fluid build up in my middle ear."
