"I've been going here for 3 years with my dog. When push comes to shove they will NOT help your animal in a emergency even if it is a simple checkup to make sure it's nothing serious even tho they say it on their telephone promt when you call. Money hungry Vet like 90% of the vets out there. Do not trust them they will screw you. They claim to love your fur baby but how can you be so heartless when you have a patient for over 3 years and then shut you down for just a simple 30 minute check for a possible emergency. Do not go here. It is all smoke and mirrors. They do not care about you or your dog or cat. They want your MONEY. That's it. Plain and simple regular Dr scam. Find another vet in the area or 10 miles away. They are heartless and DO NOT care about your Animals. They care about the money on your card or in your pocket. I swear to God do not go here. It makes me sick these places exist. Edit To Response From Owner: First of all I did not threaten anyone. You are absolutely lieing with your response. Second, You told us to call an emergency hotline number or go to an emergency vet to spend over 1k on something that could have been figured out in 30 mins for a simple visit. You are con artist. So you own the emergency vet clinc too? How ironic....so you can charge 500% more....wow shocking....I hope others see this conversation and do not even attempt to visit your practice. Third, yeah I did swear, because of how you and your employees treated me and my wife. I honestly don't care..because..I hurt your feelings? With "swear words"?....what are you all like 10 years old....really...this is real world...go and cry alligators tears to someone else, because you were yelled at? Handle it. You are not the vet we need. All of you have no hearts for any of the animals that come through your door. You only see walking dollar signs. People look to you for help in need and you turn them away. No compassion. Heartless. Sickening. Fake. Two Faced. Liars. Conartist Practice. Go back to Veterinary School. Maybe MSU should get a better program. Or go to business school because obviously you don't know how to run one. Or better yet, simple, go look in the mirror and take a 5 minute compassion quiz online to show how messed up you all are. Probably lie on that too because of how much of a narcissistic person you are. Oh and yes, already found a practice that has more knowledgeable Drs than you, and actually care about the animals the treat unlike you. That can take the time to see my baby in an emergency situation. Without making me wait. Without lieing to me. Without sending me to another clinic....because you can't handle it..or take the time out of your day for an established patient....cause you just don't care. Plain and simple Answer here. You just DONT CARE. I hope people see this. Cause you really don't. If you're reading this, find a vet that will take time and care. Because Wixom Family Vet won't. Period."
