"I had a prescription sent to the pharmacy on Monday Jan 15th. The 16th, my doctor's nurse called me telling me the pharmacy called them to tell them they couldn't fill my prescription. The nurse told the pharmacy, they CAN fill it, it is accepted by my insurance, they just have to do only 30 day script. The 17th I didn't hear anything about it. I called today the 18th and asked about my prescription. The girl said it was shelved. They did not fill my prescription!!!! I have a doctors appointment in less than two weeks and need those drops started for my glaucoma!"
"Out of any pharmacy I have EVER used and ANY pharmacist, Kim (Lester, I think is her last name!) has been the absolute best ever!!!! She has gone above and beyond numerous times for myself and my kid’s prescriptions and also my mothers!!! I have had medication emergencies that no one would even attempt to help with that she has solved no problem!!!! She really is the phenomenal!!!!!"
"Adam M was amazing! I have never had more help at any pharmacy. My Medicaid refused to cover my child's necessary asthma meds on Christmas Eve. because E.R. docs weren't listed as her "regular docs". He worked hard to get the total cost from over $100 down to $21. I can't thank him enough!!!!!"
"Almost lost my job because they wouldn't confirm a prescription with the drug consortium my employer used without me on the phone and I was struggling to get the consortium after hours. Literally never had this issue until Meijer last month. And mind you, they confirmed the prescription with the SAME consortium not even 3 weeks prior."
"THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMERE! I literally get calls telling me. My refill is available on the 28th. And I waste my lunch break to come pick it up. And I'm told itS not FILLABLE. Simply because I wanna go to a different pharmacy. They're holding my Refill hostage. Pharmacists here should feel ashamed of themselves. You should be in the business of trying to help people and not GIVING a hassle. No compassion for anybody."
