"I came here to purchase ingredients for a recipe on February 23, 2024, 7:55 p.m I had been walking in circles, trying to search for diced tomatoes by using the app, but could not find them anywhere. I came across Dale, who was absolutely wonderful! He was stocking in the grocery area and was very understanding of my concerns. When I approached him he was in the middle of helping another customer to help them find what they needed. I really appreciate Dale going out of his way, and being so kind to me to direct me to where the Tomatoes were because the app was incorrect. Although neither of us had a clue where to find them, he shared with me that he will help me find them, as this will be beneficial to the both of us. We found them together, and he expressed to me if I needed anything else to let him know, and he will be there! This is what I call top-notch customer service."

"Just went shopping there and picked up a fresh set of razors. Realized after opening that it I was short one. Thought I was unlucky and just factory error. I then realized that the color was wrong and looking close that they were used razors in the packaging. I can't even imagine how nasty this is. Going to bring back tomorrow to see what they do about it."
"I have never seen a Meijer worker move so quickly or with greater passion, as the team member tonight hustling to close down the self serve registers tonight @12:00 as I approached with a gallon of milk. He seemed so proud of his accomplishment as he told me the registers are closed. He certainly should be commended for his hard work, versus leaving one open for 30 seconds longer. With workers so stressed with optimal performance perhaps I should lighten their load by shopping somewhere else, after 30 years. Customers are overrated."
"Amazing place to buy merchandise and food for great prices. My family has always come here with relatives all the way from California to get the Meijer experience of shopping! The staff here is super friendly, in fact, they let us interview them for a school project one of our family members were doing. The location has a vast variety of goods, ranging from cars to fish products to fresh fruits and a bakery. Great place to make your standard grocery story!"
