"This was my cat’s first time visit, to Animal Care Hospital. My cat was very nervous because she doesn’t get out much. The veterinarian assistant, Marie and a young man name Emanuel whom was doing an internship at the hospital, was able to calm my cat to the point of relaxation, and gain their trust. They were friendly and caring of my cats health care needs."
"Went to this hosp. for a nail emergency for my German shep. She was able to be seen the same day. I am blown away at how wonderful this overall experience went! My shep is such a nervous girl but everyone was so sweet & made her feel as comfortable as they could ! I adored every worker I came across & the doctor was just as amazing & very informative! I truly appreciate the kindness & patience, thank you all so much !!"
"Went to the animal care hospital, my vet couldn't get me in. They got me in same day, and were very pleasant. Everyone was so friendly and took care of me and my dog Cooper. Thank you Dr. Mo and to the staff for a great experience."
"This place is the absolute worst place to take your animal. The main lady upfront is so rude. She will cut you off and talk down to you. If she had a job at a place that you werent in dire need she would be fired. They really only care about money and have no love for animals. They drugged the hell out of my dog that it took 8 hours for my dog to be normal with pills they gave me to take home. They only push money on you for stuff you don't need. They don't even cut dogs nails without sedation. And that's 180 dollars. I wouldn't recommend you talking you loved one to a place that is rude to you and if that the case I'm sure they are rude to your dog when you can't see. 2 thumbs down. This place should be investigated and shut down. Main manager shouldn't be working at another veterinarian place."
"We just left from here. It was our first time. The support, knowledge, and comfort given to us and our dog Buddy was amazing. Chantell went above and beyond helping us to know what was happening to our dog. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor was helpful and informative too. I will totally recommend this place. 10 out of 10!!! Thank you!"
