"Terrible experience.. Waited in aquatics for over a half an hour waiting for an associate just to realize there was someone already over there.. The employee proceeded to unzip his jacket with an attitude and point to his name tag after I said I wish someone was working over here. The attitude from the employe upset me 100%.. So naturally I go and report this behavior to the manager Kyle.. Kyle brushed it off like there was no issue and that it doesn’t matter if his employees are in uniform or not.. I’m not shopping with PetSmart again after that incident. Treat your customer right! If you’re on the clock working with customers, where your uniform! We are the reason y’all in business anyways.. Without customers, you wouldn’t have a job!"
"We used their grooming services and our beagle came out happy as can be! Oh and she smelled so good. We got the basic grooming and they did a wonderful job with our Maddie!"
