"I used the self dog wash today. I have been to several different businesses that have self washes and this was by far the most simple one for my senior dog to get in. They offer shampoos, towels, and a dryer for you to use. Price wasn’t too bad, though I have been to places where it is cheaper. The only complaint that I have is the time limit. I’m a groomer, so it was no problem for me to get my dog done in and out within 25mins, but I can see that being a problem with people that have dogs with longer, thicker coats who are also not used to bathing dogs on a regular basis. I do understand it though because they only have 2 tubs. So maybe call ahead to make sure it’s not busy? My only hope is that they aren’t too stickler about that for those people that have longer coated dogs. You shouldn’t set a time limit on drying time, especially in winter/colder months. If it’s first come first serve everyone should have to wait and be respectful of people trying to finish their dogs, but like I said I get it to an extent because they only have 2 tubs. It was also nice that they are private little rooms. Overall I had a good experience. Nice staff, clean store. They also seem to support local businesses, and they have the cutest collars! Will probably be back in the future."
