"This place is AMAZING. Took my 1 year old dog here and she hadn't been fully groomed before, so we weren't sure how things were going to go. Her past experiences of getting hair cuts didn't go so well. They told me they would try and get as full of a cut as they could. Well they did that and more!!! Not only did they get me in quickly (2 days after calling), but they gave her a beautiful full body cut! On top of that, rather than crate her up after she was done, they allowed her to play with other dogs. She had the best time! I am so happy I found this place and it will be our go-to salon!!!!!! THANK YOU."

"Patronized this groomer for years. Never a complaint because the are good at what they do. The “cut” is obviously important but how they treat my dog is why I go back. I can easily recommend Furs-A- Flyin. I have a 6 month old puppy and I know they will treat her well during her first appointment."

"If I could give this -10 stars I would! I brought my poor labradoodle puppy in for a groom (he has gone once before here). My fiancé stated clearly that she did not want him shaved and just a little trim. She has him for about 3 hours , she called us and stated that she has cut his tongue with scissors while trimming him and stated he (licked) them. She said it looked like a paper cut over the phone. Upon picking him up he ran up to his , his mouth covered in blood and blood dripping onto the lobby floor. She stated there was no charge for groom and that if we take him to vet she will pay the bill. Next day after having 4 sutures put in his tongue, Jen (I believe groomers name) calls us to check on him and I informed her I’d be in later today. Upon going in there were 2 elderly ladies at the desk practically stating it was my puppies fault and that I should just put him in a cage next time for it to heal and stop bleeding, also stated “this is too much money for her”.the groomer then came to the front and took the invoice to the back where I could clear as day hear her and another groomer talking about how it was ridiculous I brought him to the ER, it’s a rip off etc. I did end up leaving with cash for the er bill but nobody including our pets deserve to be treated this way. Wether my dog “licked” the scissors or not it simply could and should have been civil. I mean why should I pay for a vet bill for a mistake I didn’t make? Do not recommend this groomer at all, infact I’ll be returning to the STUDENT groomer that did a better job then she did. Hope nobody has to experience this with their little ones while I listen to my poor puppy cry due to being in pain. SMH"

"Excellent place to take you dogs for grooming. They really treat your dogs so well. I love that they let them wander around the shop, as long as they get along with other dogs. I hate the thought of my dog being stuck in a crate and scared. At Furs A Flyin they treat them like they're their own pets. They always look adorable when they're done!"
