"If you ever need to be seen and don’t want to go to an ER and wait 10 hours and not be around a bunch of sick people, come here! They are all so nice and so fast! I’ve been here less than 20 mins and just waiting on final test results for strep/covid/flu. They said test results for fast strep is 10/15 mins. Covid and flu take a couple hours but they let you go and call with results. So nice to not have to give up almost a whole day like other ER’s!"
"Care was ok. I had cut the tip of my finger off. Got bleeding to slow down & eventually stopped. No after care instructions. Did get a tetanus shot. Be aware of the charges, this is a Emergency Room, not urgent care. If your insurance charges different copay for ER & urgent care. You will be billed the ER copay."
"Shannon is a literal angel. I been at this emergency room several times due to chronic illnesses. Shannon always has nice things to say to me and has cheered me up so many times. She is truly the best! My last visit, I was dealing with some personal issues and Shannon just made my week. We need more people like her! I swear she is an angel."
"I was seen at the Westland Community Health Emergency due to a extremely bad cough and pain around 5:40 a.m. I suffered for months and eventually fractured my ribs and tore a muscle. I was seen by the excellent staff of Doctors and Nurses and was treated with fantastic care. Two doctors examined my cough and injuries due to the horrible pain. The Doctors and Nurses were very thorough and I received fantastic treatment. Here I am a week later and I feel so much better. I was sick for over 7 months. The cough and pain are practically gone. PTL for this amazing team!! I wish I could give them 10 stars."
