"The therapists and most of the doctors were good but the staff treated us horribly (I'm a hawthorn patient I wasnt with the adults) if your thinking about going there or sending your kid dont, if you want more information on the abuse that goes on there my Facebook is Zach templeman and I can give you any information you need (i was there for 138 days)"

"So I just saw on the news that this place, since July have had these children in the facility not allowed to go outside!!!!!! On top of that they have some sort of dark paper over the windows which if they are not up top of a bunk bed cannot see outside. This place is doing a lot of damage to these children and that’s not moral nor is it healthy!!!!! What is this place trying to do traumatize then even more!!!! This causes an, depression, aggression and other issues. What is the TRUE reason this is happening!!!! Lord have mercy on our children!!!"
"This place is the most terrible place EVER and should be definitely shut down I don't understand how they let anyone work here these people are not caring/ experienced and clearly here for a paycheck they steal many things disappear that the families bring to their loved ones and they never see it again!!!...They hit on and beat on the patients they have done cruel things to these patients and nothing's been done about it!!!. It's a matter of time that this place will pay for what they're allowing their staff to do and also they're rude to visitors the security guards up front are nasty when arriving and I have heard patients crying yelling screaming help get us out of this place it's not right for someone who needs help to receive this type of treatment, Just Sad SMH and I pray that God remove all these people and remove this place away for good!!!!!!!..."
