"I don’t want to say that we always go here, but we go here enough. Tried to take my 2 girls last night since we couldn’t get into the regular doctors. A lady I never seen before was behind the front desk and kept saying my daughter didn’t have insurance when I clearly showed her via website that she DOES in fact have valid insurance. She kept showing me her computer saying see see she doesn’t I’m not even supposed to show you this screen lol like there’s nothing on the computer screen that I don’t have access to anyways so I’m not even sure why she was showing me it! To prove me wrong? I don’t know. I’m like okay do you want me to call the back of the card to verify or what. She said it didn’t matter that it said I don’t in her computer so that’s that. Well, we went down the street to Beaumont urgent care and low and behold WE HAVE INSURANCE and even had 2 prescriptions that were covered because there was insurance. It just seemed like she wasn’t willing to problem solve or know how to troubleshoot. She refused to restart her computer and just said well you can pay cash! Lol of course. Anyways, we won’t be back again."

"Love the staff however not a very clean office. Not disgusting, just not how I clean my office. But the staff is amazing, every single one of them. Quick care, very positive experience."

"My daughter plays softball and got her hand injured while playing. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and got right back. The nurse was beyond kind to my daughter since it was her first x-ray and was scared. The best part of urgent care is that it is a quick in and out. Everytime we come here that's what we get. Kindness compassion and quick to be seen but still very thorough. We always go here best urgent care around! Thank you to the entire staff!!"

"I have a rash or bug bite, it's a red dot that is getting bigger by the day, I went to this Urgent Care to find out what it is, the Doctor was very good at what he does, not sure what it is but the cream he gave me is working, the redness is going away and it has stopped itching."
