"I called and spoke with a woman by the name of Ashley. Let me tell you, I’m sure any woman calling this place isn’t in the best space emotionally and I just want to thank Ashley for being easy with me and comforting and understanding just by having the nice customer service. Thank you!"

"The woman that work here are very rude. It’s like everybody is on pens and needles. The lady was mad I asked a question and just said “sit down and wait after waiting almost 2 hours for a follow up appointment” like you can’t just talk to people that way and expect them to obey. Then I said “fine I’ll ask the doctor” she literally got mad and put me out and said “figure it out” like sweetie I CAN this not the only clinic and considering they dropped the ball and Told me I wasn’t even pregnant then turned around 7 months later and I was pregnant they still overcharged me never refunded me for X-rays my insurance covered and just went on about their miserable day. Because I am black I was offended because every stay member was white or mixed and EVERYBODY WAS RUDE like they’re here to make a tiff decision and have the procedure. Overall I just went to my OBGYN had my follow up and just vowed to never come back. Disgusting humans are not for women so go here at your own risk. You will be over changed, Disrespected and belittled. Then had security come outside once I left and escorted me off the premises remind you I didn’t tell, scream anything just asked a simple question. I wouldn’t be surprised if somebody came for revenge they all are just distant you don’t know where people mind is when dealing with these useless creatures"

"I had an amazing experience here. They gave me all the answers I needed. I had the surgical procedure done here and it was the best option for me. I did get the twilight sedation and it was through an IV that the doctor puts in you and then takes it immediately out. Almost like a shot and you instantly feel relax and so much better for the procedure. I did have complications getting the twilight sedation approved by my primary care doctor since I faint but the nurses there made sure to make it clear that it wasn’t anything invasive. The procedure took less than 2 minutes and it was done. I did scream in pain because they are sucking out your insides lol but it was over within 1 minute or less. In the recovery room I sat there with a nurse who’s name was fritz and he was the most helpful person of them all! So caring, talking to me and making me laugh. I am a very emotional person but I knew this was the best decision for me and I wanted to share my experience with this place because it was very welcoming."

"I did not have services here. I did call and was made to feel like part of a statistic. Over charging people by hundreds of dollars, offering little to no help besides financing. So thankful my phone died in the middle of the conversation. It gave me time to think and explore other options/facilities. I would not recommend Northland Family Planning to anyone. I stand corrected! Financial assists. I apologize. Your response is useless and just reminds me of what an awful experience I had. Thank you. Regardless, the procedure I was seeking was still $200 more at your facility than at the others I called. The “financial assistance” I was offered by Northland’s source was $50 and I was offered $200 from a different facility, meaning it was $400 less than at Northland. If you find yourself reading this review and feel alone or scared, I recommend not calling Northland Family Planning. There are more options with staff that are truly caring and will actually help deal with all the emotions and feelings you’re having."
