"Professional staff from start to finish!!! When I had questions about my project before and during the installation of my new sod lawn, I found both the salesman and the operations manager to be very responsive to my phone calls and or text messages. The communications between Steve the O.M. and myself was perfect. He was able to start my project ahead of the promised start date and followed up during and after the install. The installation team was ontime and very professional. Although there was a minor issue the installation team encountered while grading my lawn level. The lead guy notified his supervisor of the problem and Steve the O.M. came onsite to make me aware of the issue. I was extremely impressed with the fact he offered a immediate solution to address and fix the issue that would not alter the completion timeline promised. What a pleasure to deal with a truly professional and responsible organization. I proudly display the Landscaping Plus yard sign in front of my home. "These guys did an amazing job with not only the general landscaping but with some problem areas around my home as well. Jeff consistently kept me informed of their on site progress, discussed and cleared plans before making final placement of materials, and was very creative in solving an issue with my stepping stones that arose from no fault of the company. His team (Shawn, Adam & Jonas) were very professional. They worked hard and diligently to complete the entire project much faster than I anticipated with exceptional quality. I also appreciated the teams respect of my property. They picked up each day before leaving to return the next, and ensured my gates were closed and locked so my dogs would not escape. This team truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. It’s refreshing to see guys who take pride in the work they do. Steve Atwood was good at listening to what I wanted and created a solid design. We had a minor miscommunication at one point which he and Steve Balkema came out immediately to meet with me and solve right away. These guys were professional, started on time, finished early, did quality work at a reasonable price, and their original estimate was right on the money. "Advised Steve of our problem that needed to be resolved. He made a plan/sketch etc. That was to solve the problem of water rushing and backing up by the lower level walk out. Work was done around October 2021. First big rain that came a couple weeks ago had water in the door area ankle high. Called to advise of this problem. Yes, glad to come back to do more work for more money. If it would have been done right the first time, no need for second time let alone more money. First job price was almost $1,300. Poor business practices. Would not recommend. Nothing at all to do with being in a price range. What was done was the "fix" to our problem we asked for AND it did not work at all."

"Extremely dangerous driver. He was a few inches off of my bumper. He also had a child in the truck with him. I just slowed down and let him go around me. As you can see all of this was in a construction zone. Bad advertising when driving like this in a company truck"
