"I rushed my dog in late Christmas night. Sadly it was just her time to go but the whole staff was amazing. They were caring, patient and understanding. The nurse brought me paw prints and a nose print before i left which im so thankful for! She was an amazing person, super caring. I was able to have my pup cremated and they did an amazing job. Thank you for caring"
"I cannot thank the staff enough for their wonderful care of Edgar. We had an emergency with our 3 month old kitten on Christmas Day and they were open.We had to drive almost an hour to get to them. The staff were wonderful and kind. I felt like everyone there really cared about us and Edgar. Even though our situation didn’t end the way we wanted it to, I’m glad they were open and so caring even on a holiday. Thank you so much for everyone that was involved with Edgar’s care!"
"Can not thank the staff enough!! Everyone is absolutely amazing! They took such amazing care of our little girl. Consistent updates and such amazing bed side manner!! As they went back to get our baby all you could hear was everyone saying bye to our girl and praising her. It’s hard when you have to money right down but totally understandable and so worth every second! Thank you all!!!"
"Last week Sunday we ended up having to let my 14 yr old dog cross the rainbow bridge. They were a lot of help over the phone and when we got there. Wasn’t the hardest thing I’ve had to do. They were so caring and sent a sympathy card. I thank them for all the help I went through last week."
"Miss Aurora came home with some issues from her breeder. She was on intense care with her vet but had taken a drastic turn so she needed to go here for life saving help. When we arrived there was a wait but that was ok. The staff here were very friendly and personable, felt like we were talking with friends. Unfortunately with intervention it was to late for her. She passed and was brought back however she was fading again and the decision was made to euthanize. The staff here was very respectful of the situation and the grief issues associated with this. It was a awful situation but they made it better."
