"Oak Ridge does a good job on nail trims when you can get them to answer the phone to set up a time, which is what they want you to do and which I don't mind. Unfortunately, I'm done with this salon because I call and call, and nobody answers the phone. I called several times last week and the phone didn't get answered so I finally left a message that I wanted to set up a time for my dog's nail trim, and I didn't get a call back. Despite being a client since they opened, frustration over the last few months with their lack of customer service for appointments have led me to find another groomer. I wish you better luck in setting up your appointments."
