"The cost is OK.. The location is at a very high altitude and you will slip a lot in the winters while trying to walk downhill. Location is nearly inaccesible in winters without access to a bus or a 4x4 car."
"Going to Michigan Tech as a grad student? This is the place that you would want to live. Close to the campus, has a shuttle services, perfect for anyone who doesn't have a car yet. The utilities are included in the rent. This makes Danielle Heights a better place to live in."
"It's a great location to live here for grad students. You find zipcar at lower DH that helps to commute nearby in emergency and shuttle service is provided by Michigan Tech itself which is of a great help to students."
"Mostly all international graduate students live here. It has got all facilities like wifi, washing machines, heating etc. Free transportation available from Daniel Heights to Campus with a regular frequency. As it is a hill area people with out cars/bikes find it difficult to commute during holidays. On call public transportation is available. "It is one of the safest place". Indian students dominate the international residents ratio."
"Great student housing. Not many amenities but the community tries to do little get together's for everyone at the community center. Great place to meet fellow students and faculty."
