The Memorial Union Guest Rooms, located at 1400 Townsend Drive in Houghton, Michigan, offer four non-smoking guest rooms on the second floor. These rooms are ideal for visitors looking for convenient accommodations near campus and the Keweenaw area. University Departments and conference groups can also utilize the guest rooms for day usage as caucus rooms, meeting spaces, or for guests and lecturers to relax between appointments.

The Queen Executive Suite, which includes a small sitting room with a pull-out queen couch, is available for $109.00 per night. The Queen Suite, featuring a living room with a pull-out queen couch and a table with four chairs, is priced at $119.00 per night. Rates do not include taxes and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of reservation, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

Due to high demand during special event weekends at Michigan Tech, guests must stay a minimum of two nights. Cancellations require a thirty-day notice for a full refund, with a one-night charge for notices less than 30 days. Winter Carnival reservations for Friday and Saturday nights are non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days in advance.
