"Everything about our stay at the Inn was spectacular. The location is so convenient to the Back Bay and South End. We had the two bedroom suite which was very roomy and worked perfectly for our group. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean and nicely appointed."

"Thoroughly impressed. Big rooms that are more like apartments with full kitchens. Much more cost effective than the nearby giant hotels. They even have free laundry in the basement. My only suggestion: In the Welcome email they give you the passcode for the front door. Due to some odd formatting, its very difficult to realize what the passcode it. It should be all on one line to prevent confusion."

"I've stayed at a few different hotels in the Back Bay neighborhood over the 4 years my son was at college in Boston -- this is my favorite. The suite we had was beautiful! The kitchenette was well appointed and spotless, with a full-sized fridge. I loved the dreamy bedroom and the stylishly designed bathroom. We parked down the street at a garage that was recommended by office staffer Ethan, who was wonderfully helpful. A very comfortable, clean, reasonably-priced and convenient home away from home."

"The folks at The Inn at St. Botolph are awesome; specifically Tom, but really all of them. We had an issue with our refrigerator, and Tom went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of after the issue was discovered. The phenomenal service combined with the great location and boutique hotel feel made for an awesome vacation for my wife and me. There is tons to do within walking distance, and more restaurants than anyone could possibly ever need! Thanks to Tom and his team for taking great care of us on our trip, and we will definitely be back next time we're out Boston way!"

"I LOVE this place! One of my favorite hotels/ inns I've ever stayed at. It was clean, convenient, quiet, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The day we arrived, it was cold, windy, and mixing. It was miserable. Since we had nowhere else to go, we decided to see if we could check in a few hours prior to check in. The woman at the counter was extremely welcoming and sympathetic to our situation. She said they'd have our room ready within an hour and recommended a great diner while we waited and offered to hold our bags for us so they didn't get soaked. While we were eating, I got a text saying that not only was our room ready, but that she'd brought our bags up for us. From that point on, we basically felt like we were going home to our own apartment. The desk is essentially in the basement, so we literally never saw a staff member our entire visit unless we wanted to. We had a code to the front door and our room and came and went a we pleased. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'll go out of my way to stay there again"
