"I initially booked a place with Short Term Rentals as I was planning on working an internship in the Boston area for 3 months. The options were abundant and Scott and co. went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay because of circumstances that arose. However, Scott and co. were extremely helpful and per company policy, allowed me to get a refund less small fee. I wish I could have enjoyed my stay with Short Term Rentals but I am appreciative of their customer service and would recommend them to anyone coming to the area. The 29 Temple Pl setup looked like a wonderful place to stay."

"I stayed at 538 E Broadway in South Boston for nearly 8 months. The building is very nice and clean. For such a busy street, the building was very quiet, which was also great! When I say busy, I mean busy in a good way though! There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, as well as a library, grocery store, & hardware store all within walking distance to the building. It's an easy walk to get to the Broadway T station as well. A bus stop is right down the street that will bring you directly to the Broadway T stop (or other places around Boston) for those rainy days. The unit was the perfect size for me and my belongings. The unit was clean when I arrived and all of the linens and provided items were in great condition. Short Term Rentals was always helpful for any questions or maintenance issues I had. I only had one minor maintenance issue throughout my stay and they were there to help fix it immediately! Booking through their website is incredibly simple. I would highly recommend booking through STR for any short or extended stay in Boston!"

"I stayed at a unit at 29 Temple street. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived, it was 84 degrees inside. After much back and forth with the after hours maintenance person, we went in another unit to get a heavy portable AC, and had to carry it up a flight of stairs to our apartment. No toilet paper or garbage bags were provided. Checkout instructions said to wash dishes before leaving, and although dishsoap was provided, no sponges or dishrags were made available. You had to enter a code to enter building,a code for elevator, a code to enter your floor and a code to enter your apartment. Total Overkill. Having to enter 4 separate codes every time you entered apartment was a big drag. The building is under construction ( which was not advertised), inside the building very shabby. The location is excellent, close to T lines and shopping. I notified management of AC problem, they never responded."

"My wife and I stayed in East Broadway to bridge a gap between the sale of our home and our move into a new home. The location was unbeatable as we had lived just a few blocks away in South Boston for the previous three years. The room was clean and well equipped upon arrival. The keyless entry was very convenient, and we loved being even closer to some of our favorite local restaurants. Overall a great stay."
