"Omg this women has the worst attitude she definitely shouldn’t work with customers , she rolls her eyes when you ask her anything , she looks annoyed by the customers . I’ve been here about 4 times and all those times she’s been rude , I’m even scared to ask her for anything . Everyone else seemed nice . Do better with hiring better people . Would make the atmosphere better ."
"WORST CHIPOTLE !! All the workers had attitudes and were NOT friendly. Very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend! When I spoke with the Manager Ruby about my experience being called out of my name! She was understanding but who knows if something will actually be done."
"I hate to admit, but I order from here about every other week. The food is always fresh & the staff are kind, quick, & efficient. The restaurant is clean & there are always customers sitting down enjoying their meal. Depending on the time, the line is sometimes wrapped to the door. However, it moves very quickly, so it's never a really long wait. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars is because on more than one visit, the specialty drinks were empty & I didn't have the time to wait for an employee to refill them. I was disappointed each time, so I just stopped checking to see if they were available. I'll just order an Izze instead. Overall, this is my favorite Chipotle to visit."
"Management at this location is terrible with customers and the staffs behavior mimics the same of hers (the manager). Very rude. I complained that I have received burnt and or stale chips the last past two times that I have went to this location and did not expect a response of attitude when expressing concern for chips that I would be currently purchasing. I was given a free bag of chips without even a answer to my question of the quality of the chips, and if they were made same day, fresh or old, she would not discuss the quality of the food, and was very dismissive to me. I do not speak Spanish. I cannot understand the conversation that they were having in front of me but in my opinion, I don’t believe positive words or used to express what I was trying to say to the manager. I also ask for the dressing and they didn’t want to give me anything else because of my complaining and was dismissive to me “ no have a good day”, ignored me and continued with the next customer."
