"Ordered pizza first lunch only to see it sitting outside of my office. Very unprofessional and Unsanitary. The delivery instructions are always there for the delivery persons to see. Ive never had this problem before with door dash Not in a bag or anything. Door dash you all need to get with your employees. Second, the food was very dry and unappealing. No Marinara sauce for the bread sticks, food not in a bag or anything. I'm not eating this, and not re ordering because I don't trust it."
"Placed my order in app while I was out & about and when I went in to pick up my order I really needed to use their bathroom. I told the manager that my meds mess with my stomach and it was urgent that I go. She flat out told me no. I feel that this is a full service restaurant and I paid for my pizza...there should have been some compassion.Very POOR customer service"
