"Plenty of employees standing around, but you still have to use the kiosk then go to the cashier and pay. I don't work for McDonald's. I left and went next door to subway where they had a PERSON that would take your order."
"The fries and food are always warm. There are so many employees but they cook the food a head of time and it is room temperature when I receive it. I thought it was a one-time experience, but it seems to be this way every time I stop in. I'll look for another McDonald's in the area, I guess, because it's close to the airport, they are trying to be speedy, but I would rather have hot food."
"I literally just left and they gave me a child that I bought a cheeseburger for a cheeseburger with no burger literally! How do you make a burger and forget the main ingredient. Then when trying to call they don’t answer . & this is why I don’t even eat at McDonald’s."
