"Absolutely the worst and moat unprofessional service center I have ever seen. I scheduled an appointment which was confirmed 3 days in advance only to drop my car off 1 hour before my appointment and be told they wouldn't be able to work on my vehicle (by Tyler) becausw they dont do check engine lights on the weekends and the people who confirm appointments dont know that they cant check engine light. That was Saturday. Now it's Monday and I have recieved zero calla regarding my vehicle and no one answers the phone. So I get a ride to the service center only to find my truck sitting in the same exact spot that with no work or services done.. seriously the had my car since 7am Sunday my appointment was at 8:15am and it's now Monday and nothing has been done at all to my truck. What kind of business is this??? I will ne ver use this service center again and I do not recommend them at all."
"My salesperson Jerry Butcher was great. After that everything fell apart. My finance person Travis Jenkins did not transfer my tags ($120 loss to me). My turbo charger went out on my car and was without it for a week. No one returned my calls and I was passed around from person to person like a potato dish at Thanksgiving. I use to work in the car business so I know a thing ir two about the process. If you don't mind bad service, go to AutoNation Laurel. Otherwise go to Carmax, Carvana or some other place."
"If you have a few hours to burn while getting an oil change? Then you should come here. If you are lucky they will even give you someone else's paperwork as a fun surprise for you to find out later. If you are wondering if they are reasonably priced then do not fret because they consistently charge more than their competitors too. But the staff are nice while it all happens so that is a plus."
