"Where do I start… brought my truck in for a balance. Got my truck back and the front end would shake when I reached 65 miles an hour. Today brought it back to get it fix and was told that my rim is bent. Which is a lie, if it was bent before I brought it to this location why was I able to drive over 65 miles an hour with no problem??? OBAID SABORI gave VERY POOR customer service. First when I came in he was waiting on another customer and did not even acknowledge me, I waited patiently for maybe 10- 15 minutes then it took another associate to ask him what I was waiting for, he then looked at me and said “OH” I asked for a copy of the refund that was told to me that I would get I did not ask for one, then he got frustrated cause of my request for a customer copy for a refund. Then when a older white male walked in he then said hello sir be with you in a minute. HMMM I didn’t get that greeting, HELL I got nothing at all. BOTTOM LINE WOULD NEVER COME BACK WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A DOG TO THIS LOCATION OBAID SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER IF HE CAN’T HANDLE THE PUBLIC OR OR PRESSURE"

"5 stars ONLY for the Tech and also the guy at the front desk. I believe their names were Tim and Obi. They truly care for customers vehicles and are very knowledgeable unlike other shops out there. However, the shop itself needs much needed updates in order to perform proper and safe work on modern vehicles. Very outdated machines. The simple job I needed done was a front end alignment and it was not able to be completed because corporate will not supply the shop with a modern updated machine."
