“I popped in today to try and get a new end for my walking stick as I lost mine walking to work today. The staff could not have been more helpful and even hough they had none to sell, they provided me with one from a full stick to use till I got home to make sure I could get home OK. They were just so kind and above and beyond. Total stars. I will be taking back a brand new replacement for them from my supply at home tomorrow, but a massive thank you to them all. Well done Trespass for hiring such amazing staff.”

I ordered a tunic and shorts set for my 6 year old daughter, and it's just gorgeous, and so unique. “I bought a pair of boots online. I'm in size 4. They are miles too small. Yet says they're size 4. It says contact them via chat. I've tried. No response. It says you can contact them via messenger. I've tried. No response. I cant get out of the house to return the boots so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that arnt the size they state they are. Why is it at new look the shoes/ boots are smaller than anywhere else. I'm disgusted. Shame on you new look. I understand y the shops shut due to covid. But when you cant get out to send them back. Its disgusting. No contact number either which there should be. I'm not happy at all.. and if I do manage to swap the boots what am I meant to do go for a size 6 when I'm in 4 so they fit,??? Fuming is an understatement”

“This is a recent addition to the Mayflower Retail Park, and its very welcome. Its a huge store with dedicated sections for men, women and kids. There is a home section as well, which ia brilliant with good quality home furnishings. The clothing sections are often stylish and value for money.”
