"Hi, I’d like to sing the praises of one of your store assistants that we had the pleasure of meeting today in your Golden Square store in Warrington. We visited the store quite late(almost closing) and the member of staff that greeted and dealt with us was outstanding! They were so knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and enthusiastic that we left chuffed to bits with 4 pairs of trainers (after saying we were going in to browse!) and big smiles all round! I didn’t think to ask their name but it could have been Mia? They were young with braids that reached their ears and had some tattoos if that helps you to identify them? I’ve never felt compelled to do this before but felt I couldn’t let them go unappreciated! They are a real asset to your store!"
