"I have often visited this shop with my grandchildren and found the staff very helpful. I can't praise Lynne enough for helping on Wednesday evening, just before closing, when the school shoes couldn't be found. She went above and beyond helping a stressed grandparent. Many thanks Lynne, it was really appreciated."

"I usually gibmve this shop a wide berth. Staff are rude..usually. lady who served us with blonde hair was lovely. There was another woman huffing and puffing and scouting with paperwork all over the seats that customers sit on. I think the staff think they are working in Harrods not a shoe shop! If they don't like the job..give it to someone who does!"
