"I went to collect my order today I was served by Danielle I was trying to explain to her I needed to open parcel as I'd previously been sent the wrong item she was too busy talking to colleague on next till she eventually opened my parcel but I could tell by her face she didn't want to help me I asked her to check inside but she wouldn't I just said your not very helpful and left but I heard her laughing about it with her colleague as I left I found this upsetting and disgusting if she doesn't want to help people she shouldn't be doing the job she obviously has an attitude problem I won't shop in store again and don't like being laughed at behind my back absolutely disgusting from your staff"
