I had a phone call with Dave Milsom, their auction specialist, apart from being great fun and friendly, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. The item was collected, packed, dispatched and delivered exactly to schedule. On opening the box I was amazed, the Lladro piece was in a foam mould and bubble wrap. I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill.
