"The staff at the Bury New Road, Manchester branch were very friendly and approachable. I drove in there on the day (Saturday) without an appointment because of this rattling sound coming from the wheel on the driver’s side. I was expecting to be told to come back another day due to not having an appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised when the staff put my car on the ramp and were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my car, and gave me a quote immediately. The issue with my car was sorted in about 45 mins which I was most grateful for, as nothing beats driving your car with peace of mind and not worrying the wheels will fall off."
