"Can not stress enough how good the service was from these guys.....had been to the usual large Rolex retailers and was not happy with the take it or leave it response I got from them. I text Sam on a Sunday morning at 8.00 asking if they where open that day....he replied right away and said yes I could have an appointment at 12.00 but the time didn't fit my day so he opened early for me at 10.20. He was very helpful and professional and even played pool with my four year old son while me and my wife discussed the purchase. I got the watch I really wanted at a great price and was on the way home by 11.00. Will definitely use again and Sam was great....thanks."
