“Fantastic experience of buying new furniture and getting it delivered by Christmas!! I ordered a large corner sofa, footstool, king sized bed and mattress the end of November and requested it be delivered 200 miles away before Xmas, and it was!! The whole experience from start to finish was first class, the staff I spoke to were second to none, they were helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied and happy with my order before placing it, they sent me photos of stock that I couldn’t find on their web page so I had a wider range to choose from. My delivery was scheduled to be the week before Xmas, three weeks after ordering and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived before the given delivery date! They answered any phone calls I made professionally and never made me feel I was any trouble, I did worry that there may be a problem being so close to Xmas as I’d ordered multiple items and I’d be left without furniture!!! I shouldn’t of worried, as I said it arrived early, I was delivered by two nice guys who called me the day beforehand to make sure I could take delivery, they assembled my sofa and made sure I was happy before leaving, they removed and replaced my back door to get it in and nothing was too much trouble for them! They left my bed flat packed as requested as I hadn’t finished painting upstairs as it was early! I will be using Furnish 365 again and would recommend them to anyone, the furniture is of good quality and very reasonably priced, I’ve had my sofa almost three months now and the cushions have kept their shape and are just as nice as the day they were delivered even with lots of use.... Great company, great stock and an all round great experience!!! Thank you 365!!”

“After visiting the store back in Ocotber and seeing the beautiful furniture and speaking to Ian and the lovely staff I fell in love with an amazing dinner table and chairs. But wasnt ready to purchase it, saw same table in housing units alot dearer and the service no way as personal. Rang the store in Feb and ordered the table and chairs over the phone, nothing was to much trouble. excellent service and was delivered when promised 3 weeks later. !!! Yes 3 weeks. ( Not the 4 months housing units said ) delivered , built and rubbish taken. Cannot fault them. Highly recommend . Great products and great service. It definitely pays to buy local. !!!!”

“John Lewis always seems to have great quality clothing and brands. We tend to shop online and opt for delivery, but when this option doesn't work for us, we will order for delivery to store. Great easy access spaces available right outside the separate enterance for collections only... Making it perfect for just nipping in and straight back out again, whilst missing all the husstle and bustle of the Trafford Centre. Staff seem very polite amd parcels arr licated rapidly. The store itself is vast.”

“I don’t usually have any problems picking up the items I ordered online at this store and I come here regularly. However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong.
