"Had electric reclining sofa and chair delivered on Monday, developed a fault within 48 hours, phone calls ignored, messages ignored. Text received to say call you later yet no call received . Refusing to come and look at it, I never even requested a replacement or a refund just wanted the sofa fixing All I take from this attitude and behaviour is that they knew it was faulty and don't know how to fix it. No policies on display in shop/fb buisness page or advising of this at time of purchasing.Happy to take your money but not happy to fix faulty products they've sold. Friendly furniture and appear to be friendly staff but no customer care after sales. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY IN THIS SHOP. THIS IS POSSIBlLY HIS 2nd BUISNESS PREMISES IF NOT MORE AND ALREADY PLANNING ON MOVING AGAIN CANT IMAGINE WHY. Buisness running away from disgruntled customers maybe."
"Bought a corner electric reclining couch. All seemed good until we looked underneath the reclining chair to find it had been taped together as it had snapped. We checked the buttons all worked etc but never thought to get on our hands and knees to go underneath to check everything was alright. 2 guys nice enough but feel alittle cheated. Cash or bank transfer only."
