"We regularly shop at the store in Punta Marina, Spain and have made many purchases. What a disappointment the visit to the Oldham store was, so many items didn't have prices on them, for example, head rests, vases, items in the reduced area, in fact too many to enquire about so we left the store."

"About a month ago I purchased a table and set of 4 chairs. Table is great and looks amazing however we had some problems with the chairs. 1 chair didn’t come with the screws or bolts it needed and the other was faulty. This was not an issue because we live close to the store. On a later date we went back into the store to sort this issue in hopes to get the screws we needed and a replacement chair for the faulty one. The woman serving us was very rude and condescending when speaking to me and my husband. We understand a receipt is important however because we ordered the furniture online we thought there would be a way to resolve the issue. This woman definitely needed to work on customer service."
