"Absolutely shocking slow service when products were ready to collect. Staff talking across the store to each other and through headsets and stood around, or hiding rather than handing out the items. Dysfunctional store with untrained staff in customer service, manager also seemed to have little authority over staff as they weren't even listening to her. Will be avoiding."
