The manager Chris was so friendly and helpful and even provided us with rope to tie the boot down (the chair is rather big!). Another staff member called Shayan really went above and beyond and was stood with us in the pouring rain helping us get the chair securely into our car. Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet.
