"The delivery driver is a joke. I specifically told the pharmacy time and time again NOT to deliver my medicines I can pick them up. The driver will bang down your door until he gets an answer. I have tried to ignore him before but he continues banging and banging down my door until I have no choice to answer! Really annoying as I work from home and it is a disturbance when I'm working online hence why I specifically asked him to NOT deliver! I will be making a complaint about this service."

"They don’t honour advanced bookings. Don’t even bother to tell you in advance, just wait for you to turn up after you scheduled your entire day around being punctual for your appointment before letting you know you completely wasted your time. There is absolutely no excuse for giving away all the available doses to walk-ins when there are scheduled appointments booked in. Very unprofessional."
