“This costa coffee is situated off a busy main road. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a drive through which is convenient. Visited 10:30 on a Monday and no que for either drive through or in store. Staff relatively friendly. Guy on the till could have been more welcoming but he processed the order quickly so no issues. Coffee and food ordered was nice”

“Ordered 4 100L bags of Bark using click and collect. Received a message within a few minutes to say they were ready to collect. After a short drive I arrived at the store and the bags were waiting on a trolley awaiting my collection. Excellent service.”

They use their own installation team rather than outsource which is a major advantage for any customer, and they leave a scrupulously clean workspace behind them, almost as if you didnt know that they had been! “Beverley was absolutely wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy at all, lots of knowledge from both Beverley and other staff in the store. Made to feel really welcome and offered drinks whilst trying on watches. Collected the watch from Robert yesterday and he was equally wonderful. Again, offered drinks on arrival, talked through the warranty and other options, he set the watch up for us and made sure we were happy before we left. A nice touch was that they made an effort to interact with me too, rather than just my partner who was the one buying. Really pleasant experience and will definitely be returning in the future.”
